Muamalat Study Center and Management Science

Diploma in Muamalat Administration

(MQA/PA 14552) (JPT-N/345/4/1183)

This program aims to produce ethical and competent graduates in muamalat administration, especially in Islamic banking and finance. They will learn the principles of the financial and banking industry, with an emphasis on sharia-compliant transactions such as mudharabah, musyarakah, tawarruq, and risk management. With a holistic curriculum, this program is expected to provide quality workforce for the industry as well as help the community in more effective bermuamalah practices.

Study course for 6 semesters (2 years)

  • Have a Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) with at least three (3) honors in any subject
  • Pass the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 MQF in a related field and have an SPM with at least honors in one (1) subject and through a strengthening program (if necessary); or
  • Pass a Community College Certificate equivalent to MQF Level 3 in a related field and possess SPM with at least honors in one (1) subject and through a strengthening program (if necessary); or
  • Passed a certificate (MQF Level 3) in a related field with at least a CGPA of 2.00; or
  • Pass STPM or equivalent by getting at least Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in one (1) subject; or
  • Pass STAM (Maqbul rank); or
  • Other recognized equivalent qualifications.
