Tahfiz Study Center
Diploma in Tahfiz Al Quran
(MQA-A6327) (JPT-R3/221/4/0014)
This program aims to provide students with extensive Islamic knowledge and expertise in the fields of Tahfiz al-Quran, Qira’at, and Tarannum. They will be trained to apply this knowledge for the good of society. This program also aims to produce authoritative scholars in Tahfiz al-Quran, who are able to guide the community to a path that is pleasing to Allah SWT.
Duration of study
Study course for 7 semesters (2 years 4 months)
Entry requirements
- Have a Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) with at least three (3) honors in any subject
- Pass the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 MQF in a related field and have an SPM with at least honors in one (1) subject and through a strengthening program (if necessary); or
- Pass a Community College Certificate equivalent to MQF Level 3 in a related field and possess SPM with at least honors in one (1) subject and through a strengthening program (if necessary); or
- Passed a certificate (MQF Level 3) in a related field with at least a CGPA of 2.00; or
- Pass STPM or equivalent by getting at least Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in one (1) subject; or
- Pass STAM (Maqbul rank); or
- Other recognized equivalent qualifications.
